Do you supply genuine parts?
We supply genuine CAT, Perkins and FG Wilson products. Sourcing, packaging and label details are provided with the quotation.
Is this engine new or remanufactured?
We state product condition clearly in the quotation — new, remanufactured or used.
Are you an authorised dealer?
MSDD is a supplier of these brands' products, not an authorised distributor or dealer. Brand relationship and sourcing details are provided on request.
Compatibility & identification
How do I confirm part compatibility?
Send the part number, engine or generator model, and a serial number or nameplate photo if available.
How do you identify the correct part?
We match part numbers, serial numbers and nameplates to the engine before quotation.
Can I send a bulk parts list?
Yes — upload an Excel BOM and we return a consolidated quotation with availability for each line.
Quotation & ordering
What information is required for an engine quote?
Brand, model, required power and speed, application, emission requirement, quantity and destination country.
What information is required for a generator set quote?
Required kVA/kW, Prime or Standby, frequency, voltage, configuration, quantity and destination.
What information is required for a parts quote?
Brand, part number, engine model, serial number and quantity.
Stock, lead time & shipping
How can I check current stock and lead time?
Stock changes daily — current availability and lead time are confirmed when you submit your requirement.
Which shipping methods are available?
Air freight, sea freight and express courier, depending on product size, weight and destination.
Warranty & support
What warranty applies to my order?
Warranty terms depend on the product and are stated in the quotation and order confirmation.
